If for some reason your purchase arrives but isn't quite right for you, you are more than welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are sorry, but items returned outside this period will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

If you wish to return/exchange an item(s) purchased on our online store please follow these steps:

• Item(s) MUST be returned within 14 business days or receiving your order (28 days for International customers)
• All items must be returned in an unused & re-saleable condition with all original tags attached.

• Gift Vouchers are not eligible for a refund
• You are required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we will take no responsibility in tracking your return.
